TIP OF THE MONTH:  When buying and determining a price you should pay at auction ask yourself these questions: 

Would I pay that at a shop or maybe even a second-hand shop, because we all like to find bargains at different price levels in different categories of shops??

Do they have a Lay-by system of 6 weeks to 6 months or sometimes 12 months??

Do they deliver free of charge???

Is that my final price or do I have to pay a buyers premium???.

Do I negotiate down or up??? (try me for up next time, it would be a pleasant change)

Do I have to pay for storage for extended time???

Do I have enough time to think and make a right decision today???

Can I take it home before I purchase it and try to see if it is what I really want, does it fit? etc
